Group Therapy
Group therapy is a type of psychotherapy in which a therapist works with several people at the same time. Typically, group therapy involves between five and ten people and is led by a trained professional who facilitates the discussion and provides guidance. The goal of group therapy is to provide a supportive and safe environment in which individuals can share their experiences and feelings, learn from others, and develop new coping strategies. Group therapy can be an effective and cost-efficient alternative to individual therapy, as it allows individuals to benefit from the insights and perspectives of others while also receiving support from the therapist.
