7 Reasons to Meditate and how to Start
The act of meditation is to "fall awake". It is to turn inward and be in the moment, focusing on your breath, a mantra, or a guided voice. When our attention is taken elsewhere (which is inevitable), without judgement, bringing it back to the present. It is about letting go of the past and the future, and just being.

Mindfulness 101
Would you be shocked to know that you already have mindfulness within you? Mindfulness is awareness that comes to the forefront when we pay attention, with no judgement, to what is happening in the present moment. It is being thoughtful of where you are, what is happening. It is adopting a "beginners mind" not bringing past experiences or expectations into the present moment; but starting anew.
